The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling Madian bazar and the famous sulphur baths. The staff, especially Makheel and Sofia, were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They were fluent in English and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options including Halal choices, and the kitchen staff was always ready to prepare fresh omelettes upon request. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a Muslim shower available in one of the washrooms, which was a big relief for us. The highlight of our stay was the rooftop view, which was absolutely stunning. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this city.
We recommend this venue to everyone.

The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options and a rare coffee machine. We enjoyed the lovely view from the rooftop, which was a short walk from the city's attractions.
Wall insulation is poor, meaning you can hear your neighbors' every move.

The hotel was very clean and new. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a rare coffee machine. The staff were nice, especially the receptionists who spoke English. The hotel had a great location and was only a 10-minute walk from the famous Madian bazar.
Our room was a bit too small to comfortably accommodate two people. the walls were thin as we could hear the neighbors watching TV.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The English-speaking staff at reception, Makheel & Sofia, were very helpful during breakfast. They even provided Halal options which was a big relief. The kitchen staff was very cooperative and prepared fresh omelettes on request. Also, the Muslim shower available in the washroom was a big plus. The hotel's rooftop has a lovely view and it only took me 10 minutes to walk to Madian bazar and sulphur bath.
Cannot find any fault. Everything was just perfect!
